As part of our mission, Arbor Hopsice is active in educating the community on end-of-life care and advance directives. This presentation is open to the public.

Living along can cause individuals to take on new roles and challenges in life, many of which are unexpected. Cooking for One will provide individuals with information on how to prepare meals for one person. This will include meal planning, portion sizes and easy-to-make recipes. Participants will also make and enjoy a meal.
