On behalf of our entire family, I would like to extend our warmest thanks for the outstanding care and treatment received by our mother during this past August. Each and every member of your staff treated her with the utmost care, always maintaining her level of dignity. Mom had lived in her house for nearly seventy years and felt very strongly that she wanted to remain there until the day she died. With the help of "in home" service, we were able to honor that desire up to the last three weeks. Mom finished her last twenty one days at Arbor Hospice as comfortable as possible and was overheard to tell friends that she knew she needed to be in a place where she could receive professional care and felt Arbor Hospice was excellent.

My wife and I, as well as my brother, spent a great deal of time with Mom and met many of your staff members on each of the three shifts. We were treated very well and will always hold fond memories of the daily interactions with staff. Upon Mom's passing, we appreciated the handling of the "last hours" as well as completing communications with the funeral home.

The family decided to have all donations made at Mom's funeral sent to Arbor Hospice in her name. Again, many thanks for all that your organization has done for my mom and our entire family.
