To Whom It May Concern,

Please accept this donation in memory of my great-uncle, Dave Jones. He was a patient at Arbor Hospice during July 2011, and it brought much comfort to my great-aunt and to me knowing that he was in such caring and competent hands. I am grateful for the peaceful end to his life that Arbor Hospice provided, and I wish all hospice care was as professional and thoughtful as the care my great-uncle received there.
