Arbor Hospice Needs Volunteers in Lenawee County

ANN ARBOR, Mich., (Nov. 2010) -Arbor Hospice is looking for volunteers in Lenawee County to be a vital part of care for its hospice patients and their families.
Volunteers are needed to provide companionship, caregiver relief, pet visits, music therapy, light housekeeping, meal preparation, massage therapy, "By Your Side" visits, and family support to patients residing at home or in a long term care facility. Training is provided.
"Our volunteers are an important part of our hospice team," said Brittany August, volunteer coordinator for Arbor Hospice. "We all share the same goal - to provide the highest quality of care possible for our patients and their families."
