At Arbor Hospice, we believe the best gifts come from the heart and that’s exactly why a Heart of Remembrance is the perfect gift this holiday season.
For more than 23 years, Arbor Hospice volunteers have created thousands of Hearts of Remembrance, each year featuring a new design. Available year ‘round, the hearts are particularly popular around the holidays to give in honor of the special people who have touched your life, or that of the recipient.
The beautifully hand-stitched hearts are crafted out of love by caring and compassionate Arbor Hospice volunteers. A Heart of Remembrance from Arbor Hospice makes a lovely gift and lets others know that you support important programs like pediatric hospice, grief support, uncompensated care and complementary therapies.
The gift that keeps giving
Not only are these beautiful felt hearts perfect as holiday ornaments, window-hangings or other room décor, they also directly support Arbor Hospice’s mission of providing quality care and grief support services to thousands of patients and families facing the end-of-life journey.
The hearts are available for a suggested minimum donation of $25 to The Arbor Hospice Foundation.
Hearts of Remembrance are available:
The Residence of Arbor Hospice
2366 Oak Valley Dr.
Ann Arbor, MI 48103
If you are looking to give a Heart of Remembrance to someone out-of-town, Arbor Hospice will even mail it to the recipient on your behalf.
