We know your home is your refuge.

At Arbor Home Care, we know people feel better when they’re cared for in the privacy and comfort of their home. Whether it’s chronic illness, an acute medical problem, injury or disability - we are there every step of the way to ensure our patients receive the best possible medical care. We are Medicare/Medicaid certified and have been caring for the members of our community since 1984. Our staff of caring, trained healthcare professionals includes nurses, home health aides, social workers and physical, occupational and speech therapists - people who are committed to your well-being.

Arbor Home Care provides:

• Skilled nursing care in the comfort of your home. We work with your physician and your family to make sure you receive the care you need, when you need it.

• Assistance with essential daily living activities.

• Physical, occupational and speech therapy as needed.

• Assistance with medical equipment supplies.

• Assistance with community resources and emotional support.

• Support for your family.

What makes Arbor Home Care unique?
A loved one’s illness or injury often affects the entire family. We’re not only there for the patient, we also educate family members in the care of their loved one and support them along the way. Unlike most home health care providers, we have a special commitment to the well being of the entire family.

Who pays for home care?
Home health care services are generally covered by Medicare/Medicaid and most HMOs and insurance companies. Our services are open to all - regardless of ability to pay.

When is home care right?
Every patient’s situation is unique. While your physician must ultimately determine your need for home care, we encourage you to call us to discuss your situation.

Why should you choose Arbor Home Care?
We offer excellent medical care and have over 15 years of experience providing care in people’s homes. We are well-respected within the medical community and hundreds of physicians refer their patients to us. They understand how committed we are to our patients and the high quality of care administered. The staff at Arbor Home Care is highly skilled and knowledgeable on the latest technology and technique in the health care profession.
