  •  To volunteer in Washtenaw, Livingston, Monroe, Lenawee and Jackson Counties and  
     serve patients in their homes and community facilities email

  • To volunteer at The Residence of Arbor Hospice, our 26-room hospice facility, email aaresvol@arborhospice.org.
  • To volunteer in Oakland, Wayne and Monroe Counties and serve patients in their homes and community facilities, email wwvolunteers@arborhospice.org.

Instructions for emailing the volunteer application
 
After you have finished filling out the form, go to File > Save As > name your file and save it to a place where you will be able to locate it.  Open your email and click on your attachment button. Navigate to where you saved the volunteer form and attach the volunteer application.
