Grief Support and Music Therapy: Yoga and Music (in-person)

This will be the first event of our summer grief support and music therapy series.
Yoga and Music will take place on Sunday May 22nd from 2-3pm at the Arbor Hospice office, located at 2366 Oak Valley Drive, Ann Arbor.
Get in touch with the physical manifestations of grief and release them through movement to improvised and tailored music.
Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel with you.
Masks will be worn throughout.
