In his new position, Bisbee will continue to work as a registered nurse, but with added responsibilities. He will manage patient care and coordinate the care delivery processes to continually improve the quality of customer care and service satisfaction outcomes. Bisbee will also oversee orientation planning, new staff training and educational projects.
Bisbee has been with the nonprofit as a registered nurse case manager since March 2016. As the assistant manager of service operations, Bisbee will actively lead, participate, and promote the culture of excellence and innovation that is expected at Arbor Hospice.
Bisbee, a resident of Gregory, Michigan, received his Associates degree in Applied Science in Nursing from Delta College-University Center.
