Thanks to you and so many others, Savor the Journey Live at the Big House 3 was an unforgettable evening!
More than 250 people gathered high atop Michigan Stadium at the Jack Roth Stadium Club on May 19th to raise funds to support the Open Access Program at Arbor Hospice. This program reflects the cornerstone of our mission to provide quality end of life care to all – Every Person. Every Time.
With your support, Arbor Hospice surpassed our fundraising goal!
More than $126,000 was raised!
Our gratitude abounds!
Arbor Hospice is also grateful to the many special guests who made the night extra special.

To our tremendous emcee, Jim Brandstatter, who effortlessly guided the evening’s activities, setting the stage for a memorable experience.
To featured speaker, Mitch Albom, for his poignant and powerful presentation detailing his unexpected path through parenthood and how Jo Elyn Nyman Anchors Programs for Children provided the support his family needed to navigate the last stage of Chika’s illness.

And to The Jones Family Foundation and their Executive Director, Tammi Carr, for making the Dedicated Giving Challenge possible. Arbor Hospice is proud to announce that – thanks to your generosity – the $20,000 Challenge Match was met! Funds raised from the Challenge Match ensure that hospice care in our community is not a privilege for the few, but available to all.
On behalf of everyone at Arbor Hospice, we wish you a beautiful summer.
Thank you for being a part of this journey.

As a community-based not-for-profit hospice, it is embedded in our mission to care for all who need and seek hospice care regardless of their age, diagnosis, or financial circumstances.
This commitment – which we call “Open Access” – is what makes Arbor Hospice unique…and necessary.
Most importantly, it is an honor to provide this care to any child or adult facing terminal illness.
Join us and friends from across the state to learn how this extraordinary partnership operates to ensure that families across Michigan have the resources and support they need when facing the journey no family wants to take.
All funds raised at this event will remain in the community.
